01 Do my clients need a wearable?

No. Athletes without a wearable are first-class in TrainerX. They log sessions and check-ins in the athlete app and still get a daily attention score. WHOOP or Apple Health just makes the picture richer.

02 Which data sources do you support?

WHOOP (direct connection) and Apple Health (via the TrainerX iOS app) today, plus in-app check-ins for athletes without a wearable. More sources are on the roadmap.

03 How does the 14-day free trial work?

The Free plan needs no card and does not expire. Connect one athlete and see a real insight first. Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial with a card on file, and you can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged.

04 What do my athletes see?

Athletes get their own iOS app: today’s readiness, the assigned session, and logging with RPE and rest timers. They share recovery, sleep, and workout summaries with you. Your view is daily summaries, not a raw feed.

05 Is there an Android app for athletes?

The athlete app is iOS-only today; Android is on the roadmap. You can still program for and track any athlete from the coach console in the meantime.

06 How is TrainerX different from the platform I already use?
